About

> our mission

On 2014, we started as an independent Albanian Swiss initiative of Albanian and Swiss professionals on voluntarily base and without any economic intentions to promote skills of the young people in Albania.
On 1 February 2018, we established the Albanian Skills- National Association for Skills Competitions in Albania, founded by some Albanian companies and individuals with aim to expand our work and support for the Albanian youngsters with the strong belief that a country’s functioning economy necessarily needs well-skilled and qualified professionals in addition to theoretically educated academics. Therefore we are also convinced that a good education system must be built on a strong system of vocational education and training.

We want to promote skills and thereby improve the recognition and status of vocational education and training in the Albanian society. For this purpose we annually organize Skills Competitions in Albania.
