Organization Description
AlbanianSkills – National Association for Skills Competitions (NASC) is a non governmental organization comprised of senior and young professionals, both locals and internationals, dedicated to youth and skills development in Albania and abroad. Our mission is to promote vocational skills, innovation, and entrepreneurship among the youth in Albania by empowering their skills and passion for innovation. Our core and flagship initiatives include the annual National Skills Competitions in Albania, the Albanian Skills Week, Career Guidance Days, Albanian Girls in ICT, and the Festival of Skills, Careers, and Jobs, among other impactful projects.

Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a student, preferably in their third year of a Bachelor’s in Journalism, the Albanian language, or Graphic Design. The intern will have the opportunity to engage in creative and impactful work, including writing articles, creating media content, and designing dissemination materials. The intern position is part-time, offering flexible hours to accommodate your academic schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and edit articles and other content for various media platforms.
• Create and design dissemination materials, such as posters, brochures, and social media
  graphics.
• Assist in developing and executing communication strategies.
• Participate in the creation of video content and manage basic video editing tasks using tools like CapCut.
• Collaborate with team members to support the organization’s mission and initiatives.
• Contribute to maintaining the organization’s online presence, including social media
  accounts.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Journalism, Albanian Language, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Strong desire to develop curiosity and creativity in writing and designing materials.
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level); knowledge of other languages, especially Italian, is a plus.
• Experience with Canva for creating visual content and CapCut for video editing is highly desirable.
