The “Apprentices of Today, Leaders of Tomorrow” an inspiring event dedicated to the vital role of apprentices in our organizations and beyond held at the Social Hub co-working space was a resounding success on 13 June, 2024 at Social Hub Tirana.
Attendees were treated to an enlightening panel discussion featuring esteemed stakeholders from human resources, business, and academia. The panelists delved deep into the topic, exploring strategies to nurture apprentices into the heroes and leaders of the future.
Key topics will include the importance of apprenticeships, strategies for fostering talent, and the long-term benefits for organizations that invest in developing their apprentices. Learning how these young professionals can drive innovation and growth, ensuring a bright future for businesses and communities alike.
The audience was informed and introduced to the Pact for Skills aiming to get public and private organisations together and encourage them to make concrete commitments to upskilling and reskilling adults, and the European Alliance for Apprenticeships as a multi-stakeholder initiative steered by the European Commission, dedicated to promoting quality apprenticeships across Europe, learning tools for apprentices and apprenticeships, mobility opportunities for learning, and how to became a member.
Among the standout moments was Ana Zacharian’s captivating share of experience, which left the audience inspired and empowered. Her insights provided valuable guidance on fostering leadership qualities in apprentices, setting a high standard for the event’s impact.
